Nonrefundable Date Retainers
The nonrefundable date retainer for Suite I is $500.
The nonrefundable date retainer for an All Day Rental in Suite I is $1000.

Saturday Time Slots
At Space In Time II, we have strict time slots on Saturdays. Our venue hours are 8AM-3AM. Due to a city ordinance all events must end at 2AM.
The hours 2AM-3AM is designated for cleaning only! This package is for six hours total. Be sure to pick a time slot below.
1st Slot: 10AM-4PM. We can add more time on the front end at the hourly rate.
2nd Slot: 6PM-12AM Midnight. We can add more time on the back end at the hourly rate.
3rd Slot: All Day Rental 10AM-12AM Midnight. This is total of 14 event hours.
