The Suite I Nonrefundable Date Retainer is $500.  

The Suite I Nonrefundable All Day Rental Date Retainer is $1000. (It's basically the first and the second time slots put together at $500 x 2 = $1000.  From a small business standpoint booking an all day rental, prevents us from getting an additional deposit. If you happen to cancel, we have lost the opportunity to book a second event providing much needed income.  It could put the business in a bad financial standing.)

The Suite II Nonrefundable Date Retainer is $600. 

The Suite II Nonrefundable All Day Date Retainer is $1200. ( It's basically the first and the second time slots put together at $600 x 2 = $1200.  From a small business standpoint booking an all day rental, prevents us from getting an additional deposit. If you happen to cancel, we have lost the opportunity to book a second event providing much needed income.  It could put the business in a bad financial standing.)  

At Space In Time we have several ways to pay.  Please list your date in the payment memo note.  All date retainers, remaining balances, upgrades, and etc. are NONREFUNDABLE. Please see our detailed cancellation policy before booking.
