We are located in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta. S.I.T. loves to showcase emerging & established artists. We also host fantastic events! Our venue is over 1880 square feet and holds up to 125 guest seated. Our facility is perfect for events and gatherings such as: birthday celebrations, retirement parties, holiday mixers, baby showers, graduation parties, bridal showers, seminars, and much more. The possibilities are endless!

What Is Included In The Rental?

Suite I Amenities:

10 x (6 ft.) Rectangular Tables- seats six to eight people
6 x (32 inch) Round highboy cocktail tables- Cocktail tables do not come with chairs. These tables are designed for mixing and mingling.

We are constantly thinking of ways to improve the venue. We recently purchased 115 silver chiavari chairs with cushions as a $2 per chair upgrade option. They are excellent for intimate and classy events. These chairs are now stored on site in a designated spot. We consulted with three event designers to determine the most effective and functional way to store the chairs. To make them the least impactful to events, they are snuggly stacked and stored along the back wall of B4 (between the back door and the bathroom). We have concealed them by creating a built-in white long flowy backdrop using professional pipe and drapery. This can be used for your decor. This also matches the room's aesthetics and melts into the background.

You know that chair you always see at weddings? It's called a Chiavari. It is named after the small Italian town where it originated, the iconic seat—which dates back to the early 19th century—has become a popular pick among party planners due to its simple yet elegant silhouette: a thin, lightweight frame with legs and rails that resemble bamboo. We now provide them as an upgrade. We have 150 of them with white cushions. They are $2 per chair to rent.
